A.] As long as the merchandise is pristine, the same as when we shipped, customers can make a return within 7 days. [Q-4] How often does your website/merchandise change?
[A.] Every hour, every business day, because it is so large, and because new merchandise arrives daily, maintenance & price reductions are a full time job.

[Q-5] How do I know how much my shipping will cost?
[A.] It is absolutely FREE within the USA! Everyday! What other wholesale company do you know offers FREE SHIPPING within the USA?! We ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground... whichever is the least expensive shipping method for your order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. We would ship Global Priority Mail/UPS Standard or the least expensive shipping method to your international address, unless other shipping method of your choice requested. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS: We will contact you regarding your preferred shipping method, and a GoogleCheckout invoice will be sent to you, via email, for the shipping costs. *By request, we do offer FEDEX shippng services. [Q-6] How long does it take to get my order?
[A.] Orders with a cleared payment (GoogleCheckout is usually 2 - 3 business days), and are processed in the order that we receive the funds. Because we carry many lines, from clothing to shoes and most other lines in between, the product mix we offer is unlike any other worldwide shipper, and orders are more difficult to pull and triple check on the tables (and then pack), than a supplier that sells only one line, like shoes. Within 1 day, or 2, or 3, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to USPS or UPS GROUND/GLOBAL PRIORITY/OTHER SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN (99% of the orders get out within 5 working days). "AFTER", USPS/UPS GROUND/GLOBAL PRIORITY/OTHER SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN has picked up the order here in Arizona, the delivery time takes from 2 to 7 business days for USPS/UPS GROUND. Usually, delivery time is 5 to 7 days, within 24 hours of your initial (Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm PT, AFTER, will be received by our order dept the next business day) order. We are not responsible for delays by the USPS/UPS GROUND due to weather, etc... For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 3 to 7 business days delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 6 business days delivery time. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Estimated Delivery time will be given at the time of order. TRACKING NUMBERS: will be given on all orders. NOTE: Due to the high demand for some of our our items, the delivery time could be up to 7 business days. Although this is rare... due to high demand, we could have a back order delay. * If this happens, you will be notified immediately, and given the option to cancel, subsitute an item or continue with your order "As Is". If you cancel your order while it is being processed, there will be a restocking fee of 25% deducted from your total order.

[Q-7] Is all your merchandise pictured on your website?
[A.] No, new merchandise arrives most days and it takes several days to get new items on the website. Many items, like summer dresses, never get a picture on the website because there are just way too many different styles, but we always give customers the largest assortment of styles & colors of an item to help them have the biggest selection.

[Q-8] Do I need to pay sales tax?
[A.] Sales tax will be charged on Arizona orders, only if FashionWholesale2U does not have your resale certificate on file prior to shipping. ARIZONA RESIDENTS: You may still place an order on our website, but, we will request a copy of you resellers certificate be faxed to us within 24 hours, PRIOR to shipping your order. Arizona Reseller Certificates not received within 72 hours, will have their orders cancelled, and a restocking of of 25% deducted from their total order, before a refund is issued. Any monies paid, minus any restocking fees due, will be refunded within 24 hours of cancellation.

[Q-9} What if there is something I want and I do not see it on your website?
[A.] Just ask our Sales Team! Send an email to: AskUs@FashionWholesale2U.com with your inquiry, and our sales dept will search for what your looking for.... and will have your answer within 24 to 72 hours!

[Q-10] How do I choose the Size(s) and/or Color(s) I want to order?
[A.] Items are as described on our website. PRE-PACKAGED ITEM(S): Size, Color and Quantity (pre-determined)... already for resell to your customers immediately. MULTI-COLOR CHOICES ITEM(S): Again, sizes are already pre-packaged and ready for immediate resell, and upon checkout, you have already determined the pre-package quantity, and color. If you want to purchase the same item in another color, just look for the same item on our website and you will notice that the title/description will tell you the color. We are currently looking for a way to streamline this process for MULTI-CHOICE COLOR ITEM(S) in the future.
